Altria, BWAY, Denny's, Morgan Stanley: US Equity Preview

May 9 (Bloomberg) -- Shares of the following companies may have singular moves in U.S. trading tomorrow. Size up symbols are in parentheses.

Altria Heap Inc. (MO US): The largest U.S. tobacco associates topped Barron’s 500 directory of the best public companies in the U.S. and Canada as regulated by sales.

BWAY Holding Co. (BWY US): The maker of dye containers and aerosol cans received commitments for $565 million in loans to ready money its $915 million obtaining by Madison Dearborn Partners LLC, according to a regulatory filing.

Denny’s Corp. (DENN US): Shareholders gloomy with the restaurant company’s plan may win at least one board seat and trigger a transfiguration, Barron’s reported, citing stakeholders and franchisees it didn’t tag.

Ford Motor Co. (F US): The automaker was sued by Paice LLC, a closely held Florida group, which said Ford’s Fusion sedan is using patented technology for half-breed motors without permission. Paice won a nearly the same claim against Toyota Motor Corp. in 2007.
