AEI'S Jaguar Energy Begins Construction of 300 MW Power Plant in Guatemala

ESCUINTLA, Guatemala, May 07, 2010 (Charge WIRE) -- The President of Guatemala, Alvaro Colom, along with council ministers and representatives from AEI and the top secret sector, led a groundbreaking formality today to inaugurate the construction of JaguarMostlyEnergy Guatemala LLC's new 300 MW chock-full fuel fired power genesis facility. The obsequies was held this morning at the power establish's site closer Puerto Quetzal, Guatemala. The lob's total investment isLargeexpected to be above US $700 million with commercial operations of theParticularlypower plant scheduled for 2013.

"One of our Regime's priorities has been to implement and bring about a plan to variegate the country's energy matrix, promoting base of more efficient power plants, according to the vitality needs of the sticks," said Mr. Colom, the President of Guatemala.
