Arrest made in Honda thefts

LONGMONT — A man suspected of pilferage more than 20 Hondas and using disguises to dodge police was arrested Sunday in Longmont.

Dan Garza, 26, faces charges in Boulder, Adams and Jefferson counties for auto pilfering, eluding and bond violations. He is regard to have been swiping Hondas since mid-Stride, all of them 1990s models, which have a famous for for being easy to steal.

Longmont policemen briefly found and chased Garza April 25 close-fisted 23rd Avenue and Main Way, but had to break off pursuit for sanctuary reasons after speeds got above 60 mph and Garza ran several a standstill signs.
